Intel® Core™ Ultra Processor for U/H-series Platforms—Is this the beginning of the AI PC?

Intel Corporation launched its Core™ Ultra, formerly Meteor Lake, line of mobile processors, a mix of H-series and U-series parts, and the beginning of what the company is referring to as the "AI PC." The majority launched in December, while a few models are expected to launch during the first three months of 2024. The chips are Intel's first consumer processors running on its Intel 4 node, using the company's Foveros 3D hybrid architecture. They will also be the first line of Intel processors using Neural Processing Unit or NPUs. Intel believes that the NPU will further bring about the age of the "AI PC." But Apple, Qualcomm, and AMD each have versions, so only time will tell if that belief is true.
